Be sure to check the issue(s) you wish your display ad or listing to appear in. Also check the category your product or service is to be listed under. You can change your listing copy any way, any time you like before the deadline date, as long as the changes are the same number of words or less. Listing changes with additional words will be charged the per word rate.

MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS

DISPLAY AD SPACE: FILM: RIGHT READING EMULSION SIDE UP NEGATIVES. One piece per color film with each identified for color. Show center register marks on all four sides of film. Place crop marks on film or show cropping on proofs. Live copy should be kept 1/2" from all trim lines. APPROPRIATE PROOFS MUST ACCOMPANY FILM. DISK: Hardware: Macintosh format only (IBM format is not accepted). Software: QuarkXPress 4.1, Photoshop 5.5, Freehand 8.0 & Illustrator 8.0. Include all extensions that are not standard. Media: Iomega Disk: Zip 100mb & Jaz 1 gb; CD; Floppy Disk: Mac format. Call for information on sending art by e-mail. Additional items that must accompany material: Laser print out or proof of ad; Specify color and /or PMS# in ad; All fonts must be included on disk; All images must be EPS or TIFF’s (resolutions must be at least 300 dpi’s).

CLASSIFIED LISTING: Complete "listing copy" section on the order card. PICTURE / LOGO ADS: Provide picture and/or logo.
